Let’s Get Started!
Step 1 – Invitation
Make a list of everyone you know with at least 100 names. Choose your top 20 people from that list to contact them immediately. Use one of these approaches (Don’t be scripted, be yourself). When making your initial contact with your prospects, it is best to start with your warm market. You can text, inbox on Facebook, call or speak to them in person and follow the script below:
a. A good way to start a conversation with someone you don’t know is to ask, “What do you do?”
b. Tell your prospect, “I have something that I believe you are going to want to take look at, shall I text it or email it?”
c. Ask your prospect, “Do you keep your income options open?”
d. Ask your prospect, “Are you interested in looking at other ways to make more money?”
e. Ask your prospect, “Do you keep your financial options open?”
Put a check mark or a date on your pipeline tracker to show that you have made the initial contact with that prospect.
Contact AT LEAST 3 people per day for the remaining 30 days and follow the same game plan.
Step 2 – Presentation
Let them know that there are multiple videos on that page. They can watch the overview or all the videos to gain a full understanding of the program. Let them know that you will call them back as soon as possible to follow up. This creates a sense of urgency and prepares them for the presentation video!
If they say they won’t be available, set an appointment that works for both of you and put it on your calendar or in your phone notifications.
Don’t EVER miss the appointment!
Step 3 – FOLLOW-UP CONVERSATION
Follow-Up (the fortune is in the follow-up) Call them back and ask them: Did you see the video? When they say YES, say “Did you see an opportunity for yourself?” When they say “YES” say “GREAT” then, give them your FREE enrollment link: www.karatbars.com/?s=username (or the shortcut link https://karatbars.com/?page=signup&s=username) sign them up immediately! If they still have some legitimate questions, edify and introduce them to your up-line sponsor to answer their questions on a 3 way call. It is not your job to answer your own questions. Especially when you are new to the business. Just Edify your upline sponsor, mute your phone and take notes as they talk with your prospect!
Step 4 – Get Your New Customer/Affiliate

1. Goals Conversation
Ask your new customer or affiliate these questions:
Did you join Karatbars to just save in gold or do you also want to earn income?
“Just to save gold”
How often do you want to save in Gold? Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly?
Help them upload their KYC documents and “Setup Auto Exchange”
“Both” or “I want to earn income”
Would you like to earn monthly in the free position?
Or would you like to earn weekly and monthly by purchasing a business package?
“Monthly in the free position”
Help them upload their KYC documents. Help them “Setup Auto Exchange”
“I want to earn Weekly and Monthly”
Help them to select a business package immediately and ask them which package they are able to start with right now? Help them “Setup Auto Exchange”
2. Setup Auto Exchange
Show your new team member how to set up their Auto-Exchange to start saving their money in gold and building wealth on auto-pilot.
1. Do you want your auto-exchange to be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly?
2. How much do you want to keep each week, bi-weekly, or monthly?
Once your prospect has been registered, Karatbars will send them an email, to verify their account before it is active.
Your new Affiliate (or Customer) will need to click the validation link in the email to activate their account.
You will receive an email from Karatbars stating that you have a new member.
Give them a call and/or welcome them on social media (see below).
a. Send the welcome letter. See the Affiliate Welcome Letter and Customer Welcome Letter.

c. Introduce them to several upline team members and exchange numbers.
d. Teach them about being on the FAST TRACK.
Ensure their account is set up properly!

Other Steps To Help Your New Affiliate Connect!
Tell your new Affiliate about the tools they can use:
a. Personalized Capture Page
b. Business Cards
c. CDs and Books
d. Set up a free zoom account (Especially for International Team Members) to meet often with your team via face to face video chat.
If connecting on Facebook (highly recommended):
a. Add your new Affiliate to the WealthBuildersWorldwide.info Facebook Group.
b. Make a post Welcoming or Congratulating your new Affiliate for the actions they have taken.
